I did this remix back in 2000 and had only been broadcast once for the radio show I was a part of. Now 8 years later and this combo of Carl Thomas' great vocals over Dilated Peoples' "Rework The Angles" still sounds great and takes Mr Thomas'tale of woe to a darker hardcore level. Enjoy.

Here is another homemade remix that I hope you will all enjoy. I have always like Cuban Link and Big Pun, especially if they were trading verses on the same track. Here is the acapella track that was slated for the album Cuban link was never able to release laced over the Pete Rock-produced "Bumpy Knuckles Baby" instrumental. I put this together totally on the fly and it tokk on a life of its own.

1980 HIP HOP SAMPLE MIX

This mix was done for the radio show I was a part of on 1240AM WGBB on Long Island NY. Features classic tracks from 1980, starring Funky Four Plus 1, Sugarhill Gang, Kurtis Blow, Grandmaster Flash and a few obscurities. This mix has only been aired once by the station and probably will never be aired again. But its my mix and its for world. ENJOY!!!!!
